All orders require a 1-2 business day processing period. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification.

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options. Option 1, we can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the new shipping fee. Option 2: We can cancel & refund the order but the original shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund. We cannot refund you UNTIL we receive the package.

Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you’re trying to achieve. An average installs 12”-30” can use 3 bundles. The rule of thumb when it comes to bundles is the longer the length the shorter the weft, so for lengths such as 26”-30” 4 bundles can be used for a fuller look.
